UL Listed Fire Rated Steel Door

Our doors are from Fitzpatrick Sal of Lebanon. The doors we are offering are available in fire resistant levels from 90 minutes to 4 hours and tested as per BS 476 Part 2, UL (USA) 10C. The doors can be up to 3 Hours rated as per UL Listings. The UL Listing NO. is: R21573 and certified by :

Door leaf:

Core: Honeycomb severe duty c/w leaf stiffeners Nominal thickness: 45mm.
Facings: 1.2mm Zintec steel to EN 10152.
Finish as delivered: Polyester powder coated, 30% gloss level & to any RAL standard/metallic/ textured color.

Fixing,Seals and Hinges

Preparations: Leaves & frames reinforced internally to accept all hardware penetrations.
Fixing: Factory drilled frames with matching discs.
Seals: L’Orient LE1206 batwing frame seal plus Zero S188 extruded silicone seal between leaves.
Hinges: Grade 316 satin stainless steel 102mm x 76mm, fixed pin Grade 13 to BS EN 1935; 2002, supplied and fixed by doorset manufacturer

Door Sizes

Single Door: Up to 4 Feet in Width and 10 Feet in Height
Double Door: Up to 8 Feet in Width and 10 Feet in Height

Door Frame

Frame: Metal frame, nominal depth 57mm including 19mm rebate, to BS1245 ; 2011.
Material: 1.5mm Zintec steel to EN 10152.
Construction; Knock-down component assembly or fully welded.

Vision Panel & Threshold

Vision Panels: (If required) Fitzpatrick standard vision panel trim & glazing bead detail c/w fire rated glass to match the doorset required performance.
Threshold: Variously TH2 aluminium threshold c/w seal, TH1 low level disabled access ramped threshold or four sided frame/cill section, all as required.

Ironmongery:

Single Panic Bar with Out Side Trim will be offered for single doors.
Double Panic Bar with Vertical Rod and Out Side Trim will be offered for single doors.
